Why this site exists

Insights Engineer is a site about a job that is showing up inside consumer insights teams faster than anyone has named it: the person who builds the system that answers the question, instead of answering it again next month.

We think this job is to consumer insights what the analytics engineer was to analytics. That title was a blog post before it was a profession. This is the blog post.
