Always-on research

Research that runs continuously and reports on a schedule instead of arriving as a one-off study.

Always-on research includes brand trackers, continuous feedback programmes, social and review listening, and scheduled reads built on a research repository. The output refreshes without a new brief.

The insights engineer's version goes further than tracking. When something moves, the system notices, proposes a reason why, and sends it before anyone asks.
