Triangulation
Checking a finding against more than one source or method before acting on it.
A theme that appears in the interviews, moves in the tracker and shows up in the reviews is a finding. A theme that appears only in a model's synthesis is a hypothesis.
Triangulation is the main defence against false precision in AI-assisted research. It is also why an insights repository matters, since that is where the other sources live.
