Insights repository
A searchable, tagged store of past research, findings and raw data that the whole organisation can query.
An insights repository is the knowledge base that stops a company re-running the same study every eighteen months. Done well, it holds transcripts, open-ends and tracking data as well as decks, along with the decisions each finding informed.
It is the foundation an insight agent runs on. Maintaining it is unglamorous and essential insights engineer work.
