Decisions moved
A measure of insights value, counted as the business decisions that changed because of a finding and its recommendation.
Decisions moved counts recommendations someone acted on. A launch re-sequenced, a claim rewritten, a budget reallocated. The insights function has always undervalued it, because counting it means following up after the deck is delivered.
A finding that arrives without a recommendation leaves the sponsor to work out what to do. A recommendation nobody acted on cost the team a study and gave nothing back.
