Insights stack
The data sources, tools and systems an insights function runs on, seen as infrastructure and not as a list of vendors.
The term is borrowed from the modern data stack. An insights stack typically has sources (panels, trackers, reviews, transcripts, behavioural data), tools (AI moderation, synthesis, automated quant), a repository, and the reads and agents built on top.
Designing and maintaining the stack is the insights engineer's version of the analytics engineer's warehouse.
